I de-bone this great fish in-house to preserve the freshness and quality.
Try this one broiled with béarnaise sauce on the side or pan seared with a pesto sauce.
Here’s a local, low-fat preparation for this great fish - poached, served on fresh veggies and garlic. It’s so good you’d think it was loaded with calories.
